Disabling the HTML Editor

Disabling HTML editor will allow you to use plain text editor for composing email.
To disable HTML content:
- Go to Settings > General settings > HTML editor
- Select Disabled
- Click on Save
What is the difference between HTML and plain text?
HTML
This is the default message format.
Enabling HTML format will allow you to:
- use text formatting like bold or italic text, colored fonts / backgrounds
- insert pictures directly inside your message
Plain text
You can choose to send email with plain text by disabling HTML format.
Enabling Plain text means you won’t be able to have text formatting like bold, italic, colored fonts. Images can be added as attachments but not directly in the message.
