Inactive account policy

The inactive account policy depends on the account type you have:
Free account
All free accounts are deleted after thirty six (36) months of no successful login attempts.
Paid account
As long as the account has a valid paid status, it will be kept indefinitely; even if it’s not logged into.
We keep a record of deleted usernames for thirty six (36) months, so they cannot be reused during that time.
