Whitelists and Blacklists

You can whitelist or blacklist emails to control the spam filter. To get started, go to:  Settings > Filters and blocked addresses

Whitelist an email

Messages from contacts in the whitelist always go to  Inbox folder. Marking a message as not spam adds the address to the Whitelist

  1. Click on Add whitelist contact
  2. Enter the name and email you want to whitelist
  3. Click on Add

Blacklist an email

Messages from contacts in the blacklist always go to  Spam folder. Marking a message as spam adds the address to the Blacklist.

You can also add a contact in your blacklist:

  1. Click on Add blacklist contact
  2. Enter the name and email you want to blacklist
  3. Click on Add

At any time, you can delete a whitelisted or blacklisted entry by clicking on the Delete icon next to each entry.
